An exquisite piece of jewelry art combining canonical Orthodox imagery, deep detailing, and a contrast of textures. The base of the cross is made of noble black ebony wood, against which the finely crafted silver shines brilliantly. The item is made strictly to order.

- Front side: The center features a half-length figure of the Holy Virgin Mary holding an omophorion. The sides show an angel with a speculum (mirror) and St. Nicholas the Wonderworker. The bottom part of the cross skillfully depicts St. Panteleimon holding a medical chest in his hands.
- Back side: The center displays the Mandylion (the Holy Image Not Made by Hands) surrounded by symbolic inscriptions. Above it is an angel, on the sides are standing saints (including the faces of the Virgin Mary and John the Baptist), and at the bottom is the image of an archangel. The movable bail features an engraved image of the Virgin Mary with the Child.
