After selecting your jewelry, you can choose the optimal delivery service. We dispatch orders daily from Monday to Sunday. We guarantee same-day dispatch for all orders confirmed before 14:00.
1. Delivery within the Czech Republic
Domestic delivery is handled by leading local and European operators:

2. International Shipping
- Delivery to Slovakia (Packeta / SK Post): Cost from 95 Kč (approx. €3.90). Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Fully trackable.
- EU Countries (DHL / DPD / FedEx): Cost from 190 Kč (approx. €7.50). Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the region.
Free Delivery Terms
For orders over 2500 Kč (or equivalent in EUR), shipping is on us. This offer applies to prepaid orders only (100% advance payment).
3. Payment Methods
- Prepayment: Online by bank card or direct bank transfer. No hidden fees.
- Cash on Delivery (Dobírka): Pay upon receipt (by card or cash). Available only in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Please note: carriers charge a service fee of 45–60 Kč for cash collection.
4. Transportation Safety
- Premium Packaging: Every piece is inspected and packed in a branded jewelry box.
- Full Insurance: All packages are insured for their full commercial value.
