Service Agreement • Official Online Store Proposal
This Agreement is an official and public offer by the Contractor (platform silver-925.shop) to conclude a service agreement with any Customer. Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement occurs at the moment of performing any action: registration on the website, placing an order, or paying for services. If you do not agree with the terms, you do not have the right to use the services.
1. Ordering and Payment Procedures
The Customer independently places an Order on the Website via the virtual shopping cart, by phone, or email. The Order processing period is up to 3 business days. All settlements are made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine — the Hryvnia (UAH).
If the cost of services on the website is indicated in USD, payment is made in UAH at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) on the day the invoice is issued. Payment must be made within 3 banking days from the date of invoicing.

Liability Limitation and Force Majeure
Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances (military actions, quarantine, natural disasters, decisions of government bodies). The Contractor is not liable if services were not provided due to the fault of third parties or the Customer themselves. If force majeure lasts more than 3 months, either Party has the right to terminate the Agreement without loss compensation.
2. Important Legal Terms and Party Rights
Under this Agreement, the Parties agree to the following rules:
- Contractor's Rights: Has the right to unilaterally suspend service if the Customer violates the terms of the agreement, and to modify the terms of the offer independently.
- Confidentiality: Information provided by the Customer is strictly confidential. However, by accepting, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data for commercial purposes (promotions, newsletters, notifications).
- Non-Transferability: Neither Party has the right to transfer its obligations under the Agreement to third parties without the prior consent of the second Party. Services are provided to the Customer without the right to transfer them to third parties.
