2. Conditions for Fulfilling Obligations

To process a warranty repair, exchange, or service, the buyer must provide:

• The original jewelry tag of the item (stating the SKU/article number, weight, and silver fineness Ag 925).
• A proof of purchase (electronic receipt or online store invoice).

3. Warranty Limitations

The warranty policy complies with international regulations and does not cover:

• Watch straps, textile, leather, and rubber elements.
• Items with mechanical damage (metal deformation, broken chain links, deep scratches).
• Signs of chemical exposure: contact with alkaline detergents, iodine- and chlorine-containing substances, mercury compounds, perfumes, and ointments.

4. Care Guide

• Avoid chemical contact: remove your jewelry before cleaning, visiting swimming pools, saunas, thermal springs, or applying cosmetics.
• Protect from stress: remove heavy or massive pieces during workouts, sports activities, or lifting heavy objects to avoid deformation.
