The front side features a skillfully engraved image of the Mandylion, the “Holy Trinity” scene, a volumetric Crucifixion, and St. George the Victorious; the back side displays the “Save and Protect” protective prayer, along with the images of Prince Alexander Nevsky and saints. The dimensions of the cross are 73.17 × 53.31 mm, the weight in silver is approximately 44.27 g (a 585 gold version weighing 52.7 g is also available). The wide bail is suitable for massive chains. A monumental and highly artistic piece of jewelry art that combines the strict canons of the Orthodox tradition, complex multi-level detailing, and a noble contrast of materials. The base of the cross is made of deep black ebony wood, against which the finely crafted silver shines with distinct expressiveness. The item is made strictly to order.

The upper part of the cross features the scene of the "Holy Trinity" (the Hospitality of Abraham), the center features a volumetric silver Crucifixion of Christ with accompanying inscriptions, and the bottom displays the image of St. George the Victorious slaying the dragon.
