A highly artistic piece of jewelry with a complex multi-part construction, harmoniously combining canonical Orthodox imagery, fine detailing, and a contrast of noble materials. The base of the locket is made with an insert of natural black ebony wood featuring the Lord's Prayer engraved on the back side, against which the elaborately crafted silver stands out expressively. The item is handcrafted strictly to order.

- Front side: The center features a half-length image of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in bishop's vestments holding the Gospel. The sides and frame of the locket display the faces of saints: in the upper corners — the image of the Holy Virgin Mary with the Child and a female saint; on the sides — the holy warrior (Great Martyr George the Victorious) with a spear motif and the holy Archangel Michael with a sword; in the lower corners — faces of holy ascetics. The upper movable bail is engraved with "King of Glory".
